Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with what you have purchased, please return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your order. We are currently experiencing higher than normal processing times for returns. Once a return arrives, it could take up 10 business days to process a refund.

All products and packaging must be returned in their original condition. Items that are returned outside of their original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes any postage labels/stickers. If products are not sent back in original condition you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or have your return shipped back to you. Please include your packing slip with your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
